I am a Bachelor's prepared Registered Nursed and your personal Pregnancy Nurse Navigator, coach/counselor and patient advocate. I bring a wealth of knowledge and wisdom from 23+ years of nursing experience. With having worked in Labor and Delivery as a staff nurse, a Nurse Clinician in a private practice OB/GYN office, an OB Nurse Manager for a community health based OB/GYN clinic.  I feel honored to be able to share my expertise with women and families around the Tampa Bay area locally as well as women across the United States and even internationally thanks to technology.  I approach preconception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care holistically.
